Task:

Revision acknowledgment

Who receives it:

Users of the notification groups associated with the item.

When:

Just as a new revision of the item is released.

Purpose:

Confirmation, by the stakeholders, that a new revision of the item was released.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.Select the desired item from the list of pending records.

 

2.After that, click on the button on the toolbar.

 

3.At this point, the system will ask if the user wishes to confirm the receiving of the copies. Choose the desired option:

OK: The record will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.

Cancel: The record will not be confirmed and will remain pending.
