Prerequisites:

Meeting with minutes recorded.

The Wait until all participants have signed meeting minutes option enabled in the meeting data.

 

Overview:

Through this menu, the meeting participants must confirm if they agree or do not agree with the minutes data entered by the note taker participant. If the "Send meeting minutes signature task only to the participants who have attended the meeting" option is enabled in the meeting data, this operation can only be performed by the participants who have attended the meeting.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to confirm the meeting minutes signature selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Confirming the meeting minutes signature section.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the desired meeting reports. This button also allows exporting the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing report, and also searches for the parameters that can be used in the configuration of new reports.

 

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
