Overview:
Create through this menu all possible defects that can be identified in the system. A defect is an existing nonconformity in a determined procedure. In SE Process, causes and defects are associated with the attribute type characteristics.
Specific buttons:

Click on this button to create a new defect. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a defect section.

Click on this button to edit the defect selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the defect selected in the list of records.
|

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the inactive records, use the "Status" field of the General filter on the search filters panel.
