Subjects under discussion

Who receives it:

Users specified as participants, during the creation of the topic.

When:
|
The topic created in the Program and Project is sent to discussion.
|
Purpose:
|
Promote the exchange of information between the participants of the discussion regarding the programs and projects added to the system.
|
How to execute this task:
1.

From the list of pending records, select the desired topic.
|
2.
|
After that, on the toolbar, click on the More   button.
|
3.
|
On the screen that will be displayed, it is possible to view the messages sent by the participants. Click on the  button, placed next to each message, to delete it from the topic, if necessary.

4.
|
To add a message to the topic, click on the  toolbar button. On the screen that will appear, use the respective field to enter the desired message. Save the record after that. While the subject is under discussion, it is possible to send as many messages as needed.

5.
|
Use the  toolbar button of the topic data to view the record data of the topic.
|
6.
|
The discussion is closed through the Execution Forum Program and Project menu, according to the origin of the topic.
