Indicator

This vision allows viewing and tracking the scorecard indicators specifically. To access it, click on the Vision

Indicator option.

The vision is divided according to the following image. The alphabetical letters identify each available item:

The Toolbar displays the buttons that allow manipulating the indicators. See the description of each button in the Toolbar section below.

The Search filters panel displays the filters that allow you to find the scorecard indicator more easily by using specific information. See a detailed description of them in the View Indicator menu. Click on the Search button so that the filters are applied and the search result is displayed on the right side of the screen.

The area in which the indicators are displayed is divided in two quadrants:

The first quadrant lists the indicators contained in the scorecard and information related to them divided in columns. The columns that will be displayed in the structure, will be those defined in the view profile applied to the indicator.

The second quadrant displays the details of the indicator selected in the first quadrant. In the Display field, select the detail of the indicator that you wish to view. Note that the details available for selection will vary depending on whether the indicator has values added for the period being displayed. Some details will be available for viewing only, while others may be edited. See more information about the indicator details in the General data section.

Toolbar

Record data
General data	Click on this button to view the details of the indicator selected in the listing. Note that if the indicator does not have values added, the screen will not open. See more details in the General data section.
Target/Measurement	Click on this button to access the target and measurement input screen of the indicator selected in the second quadrant. Note that this button will only be enabled if an indicator is selected in the structure. See more details in the Target/Measurement section.

Browse
Date	Click on the arrow located below this button and select the date that corresponds to the period you wish to view.

View
Data	Click on this button to view the details of the indicator selected in the listing.

The availability of the buttons will depend on the permissions granted in the security of the scorecard.
