Measurement value

See a quick and easy way of filling out indicator values in the "Fill out indicator values" topic of the SE Performance Quick Guide!

 

To add measurement values without accessing the scorecard screen, click on the new_meeting_request button on the toolbar of the Scorecard execution menu.

 

The measurement value screen is divided according to the image displayed below. The alphabetical letters identify each available item:

The Toolbar displays the buttons that allow manipulating the indicator/element/scorecard selected in the panel. See the description of each option in the Toolbar section below.

Use this panel to locate and select the indicator in which you wish to enter values. To do that, the following tabs are available:

▪My indicators: This tab lists all the indicators in whose security the logged user has the "Target" and/or "Measurement" controls allowed. Use the field in the upper part to locate the desired indicator more easily.

▪Scorecard: This tab displays the structure of scorecard elements and indicators, including those in which the logged user is not allowed to add a target or measurement. Locate and select the desired indicator.

Next to it, the fields for the addition of the values will be displayed. See the Measurement input section for a detailed description of how to fill the fields of this section. If the logged user is assigned with the "Target" control, they can add values in the fields related to this information. Refer to the Target input section for more information on how to perform this operation.

Click on this button to execute the scorecard calculation considering the new values. See more details in the Executing a scorecard/indicator calculation section.

Record data

General data

Click on this button to view the details of the selected scorecard, element or indicator. See more details in the General data section.

View

Data

Click on this button to view the data of the selected scorecard, element or indicator.

Tools

Export

Click on this button to export to an Excel spreadsheet the target, measurement and additional field values of the selected indicator. This spreadsheet cannot be used for value import in the scorecard.
