Course instructor certificate

In the Execution arrowrgray Training execution or View arrowrgray Training instructor menu, locate and select the desired training.

After that, click on the view toolbar button. At this point, the training data screen will be opened.

In the General data section, go to the instructor association section. In the list of records, select the desired instructor and, on the side toolbar, click on the view_signature button.

Thus, the certificate will be displayed, available for printing.

if a category is associated in the Configurations arrowrgrayy Certificate section, the certificate configured from the template of the category will be displayed. If no category has been associated, the SE Training default certificate will be displayed. If an error occurs while generating a certificate based in a category from SE Document, a button that allows regenerating it will be displayed.

In this case, the side toolbar will also display the config_toolbar button, which allows generating the certificates for all instructors/participants again, or only for those who are selected in the list of records.

When the training certificate is generated, the system will copy the values of the attributes configured in the employee profile (such as SSN) to have them as attributes of the document. In order for this operation to work, the attributes, which must be contained in the document, need to be associated in the category and in the employee profile.
