Task:

Timesheet

Who receives it:

Allocated user or user responsible for an object.

When:

When adding an object to the timesheet list or starting the execution of an object with permission to enter time and that was added automatically to the timesheet list.

Purpose:

Track the objects in execution, which he is allocated to or is responsible for, and enter the regular and overtime hours employed in their execution.

 

How to perform this task:

 

1.

In the list of pending records, select the desired object.

On the main screen toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

view

Click on this button to view the task data (allows viewing the data of the selected action, meeting, nonproject task, maintenance, project, calibration or verification) and view the object data (allows viewing the project data or action plan, depending on the selected object).

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to access the timesheet screen. See more details about this operation in the Entering time section.

 

3.

When the object is no longer available for timesheet (i.e., in the week after its execution), it will no longer appear in the list of pending records. The timesheet may also be performed through the Execution arrowrgray Timesheet menu.
