Changing the status of a nonproject task

To change the status of a task, in the list of records on the main screen, locate and select the desired nonproject task. After that, click on the status button on the toolbar.

 

At this point, the system will display the screen to perform the status change. The ID #, Name and Date fields will be filled in with the respective information of the nonproject task and of the operation being performed. Fill in the following fields:

Action: Select the desired action to change the status of the nonproject task:

Cancel: Annuls the execution of a nonproject task.

Postpone: Temporarily postpones the execution of a nonproject task.

Reactivate: Reactivates a nonproject task whose execution was postponed or canceled.

Explanation: Enter an explanation to the action previously selected. The explanation entered may be viewed in the History section of the task data screen.

 

After that, save the record. The nonproject task will start being displayed in the list of records with the situation corresponding to the action selected before.
