Probable cause

Use this menu to create all the possible probable causes, i.e., the causes realized when identifying the occurrence with no previous analysis.

	Click on this button to add a new probable cause. On the screen that will open, enter an ID # for the probable cause and save the record.
	Click on this button to edit the probable cause selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the probable cause selected in the list of records.
