Prerequisites:

Corporate account in Office 365

Having an account in Google Workspace

Configuring Google Admin Console

 

Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to enable and configure the SE Suite synchronization with the Microsoft Office 365 calendar or Google Calendar. Thus, the system will be able to create, update, and delete events in these calendars, such as meetings scheduled through SE Meeting.

 

To use this feature, select the Enable calendar synchronization option. Then, click on the desired calendar service and fill out the available fields:

Fields

 

Client ID

Enter the application (client) ID obtained during the configuration in the Azure Active Directory.

Client Secret

Enter the client secret value obtained during the application configuration in the Azure Active Directory.

Instance

Enter the directory (tenant) ID obtained when configuring it in the Azure Active Directory.

 

Test the configuration

In the available field, enter a valid e-mail and click on Test. At this point, the system will display a message informing whether the performed configuration is valid.

 

Google Calendar

 

In the Service credentials field, add the .json file obtained in the Google Calendar API configuration. To do that, drag and drop it into the indicated area or use the link to select it. Once done, the file content will be displayed right below.

 

Test the configuration

In the available field, enter a valid e-mail and click on Test. At this point, the system will display a message informing whether the performed configuration is valid.

 

After filling out the required fields and testing the configuration, click on the Save configurations button to apply them.
