Generating a report

The user with the "View" control enabled in the report access list will be able to generate it through the menus in which it is available. To do that, it will be necessary to click on the arrow located next to the report_config button on the toolbar and click on the option that corresponds to the report you wish to generate. The report will be displayed as shown in the following example:

A

This option will only be available for reports of the "New" and "Customized" types, as long as the logged user has the "Edit" control allowed on the access list of the generated report. Through that it is possible to edit the editable parameters of the report, if any.

B

This option will only be available if the user has the "Scheduling" control allowed on the access list of the generated report. Through that, it is possible to schedule for the report to be sent via e-mail to certain users.

C

This option will only be available for reports of the "New" and "Customized" types, as long as the logged user has the "Edit" control allowed on the access list of the generated report. Through that, it is possible to edit the report via Jaspersoft Studio.

D

Allows the altering of the report language. After you select the desired language, please wait until the tokens are reloaded in the report. Notice that the language in the records will not be altered.

E

Allows creating a document from the report. For this resource to work correctly, it is necessary for the SE Document component to be a part of the solutions acquired by your company. Refer to the Adding documents section for further details about the screen that will be opened.

Allows the clockwise rotation of the report

G

Allows the download of the report to the logged user's machine. On the screen that will open, define where the report will be saved and change the name of the file, if necessary. The file will be saved in .pdf format.

H

Allows the printing of the report. To do that, the screen with the browser's printing options will open.

I

Allows the adjustment of the report to the size of the viewer's screen.

J

Allows the increase of the level of zoom of the report.

K

Allows the decrease of the level of zoom of the report.
