Overview:
Through this menu, it is possible to create all the possible APQP/PPAP templates that may be used to optimize the planning of new APQP/PPAPs. In other words, when creating a new APQP/PPAP, it will be possible to select a previously created template that covers all related activities. In addition to defining activities, the template also allows pre-defining its executors and estimated duration, in addition to defining whether the activities will or will not have approval. This menu will also display the project templates, from SE Project, whose type is configured with the integration with SE APQP/PPAP.

Click on this button to add a new APQP/PPAP template. See more details about this operation in the Creating APQP/PPAP templates section.

Click on this button to edit an APQP/PPAP template. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete an APQP/PPAP template. Select the desired record before clicking on the button. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on this button to view the APQP/PPAP template data. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to view the Gantt chart of the APQP/PPAP template selected on the main screen. This button will become enabled when selecting a project template with integration with SE APQP/PPAP. Remember that the project templates displayed in this menu are created and edited in the SE Project component.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

When clicked, it allows enabling/disabling the record selected on the main screen. The system will request the countersign after clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on this button to make a copy of the record selected on the main screen. On the screen that will be displayed, enter the identifier and the name of the APQP/PPAP template.
