Activity approval

Task:	Activity approval
Who receives it:	This task is generated for the user, team members, or routes defined for each activity during the APQP/PPAP planning when the approval step has been configured.
When:	Once the activity execution is finished.
Purpose:	To alert the responsible parties that there are activities that need approval to be finished.

How to execute this task:

Select the desired APQP/PPAP activity in the list of pending records.

Use the toolbar buttons to make the necessary changes to the revision.

Click on the button on the toolbar and fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open up:

aprovacao_atividade

Approved: Select whether the activity will be approved or not.

Date: This field is automatically filled in by the system with the current date.

Save the record after filling in the fields above.

If approved, the activity is finished; however, if rejected, it returns to execution for its data to be revised.
