Associating a standard by table/point

Previous  Top  Next

If, in the general parameters, the Allow associating standard by table/point option is selected, the addition of assets will be performed through the following screen:

1.In the Standard field select the standard of the calibration in question. The standard will be selected according to the service center that will perform the calibration (internal or third-party):

If the service center (configured in the standard activity) is internal, then the system will make available for selection the assets that may be used as standards; the assets displayed in this field will be those that were calibrated by calibration plan selected in the standard activity of this calibration.

If the service center (configured in the standard activity) is third-party, the system will allow associating an already created standard or allow adding a new standard. For the association, the system will display the standards whose calibration is still valid. To do that, click on the button and fill out the following fields on data screen that opens:

ID #: Enter the number or code that identifies the standard.

Name: Enter the name of the standard.

Certificate: Enter the number of the standard calibration certificate.

Laboratory: Select the laboratory responsible for the standard.

Uncertainty: Enter the external factors that influence in the measurement of the standard.

Certificate date: Enter the certificate date of the standard.

Calibration due date: Select the calibration due date of the standard.

Primary standards: Enter the standards used to calibrate the standard in question.

2.In the Associate standard field define whether the standard will be associated with a specific table or a specific point. According to the selected option, the respective tables and points will be available in the Structure tab.

Associate standard to a specific table: Select this option to associate the standard, selected in the previous field, with a table. For that, in the Structure tab, select the table where the standard will be associated.

Associate standard to a specific point: Select this option to associate the standard, selected in the previous field, with a table. For that, in the Structure tab, select the table and the point where the standard will be associated.

3.In the Structure tab the system will make available the tables configured in the standard activity and its respective points. Select the tables/points according to the standard association option selected in the previous step.

4.Save the record after filling in the standard data.
