Use this menu to create all goal plans that will be applied to employees through the system. A goal plan allows managing the goals aligned with an employee's performance result.

	Click on this button to create a goal plan. See more details about this operation in the Adding a goal plan section.
	Click on this button to edit a goal plan selected in the list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the goal plan selected in the list of records. To effectively delete it, it is necessary to confirm the request made by the system.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
	Click on this button to add a new goal plan from the copy of a plan already created in the system. See how to perform this operation in the Copying a goal plan section.
