Closing the execution of a goal plan cycle

1.First, find and select the desired goal plan from the list of records in the second quadrant.

 

2.In the list of records on the third quadrant, select the cycle whose execution you wish to close. The cycles with the "Execution" status may be identified by the play icon in the S column.

 

3.After that, click on the edit button on the side toolbar.

 

4.At this point, the cycle data screen will be displayed. In the General data arrowrgray Execution section, fill in the End field with the date on which the cycle is being closed.

 

5.Next, click on the Save and next step button. The system will ask whether you wish to send the plan to the next step. Click on the desired option:

Save only: Allows saving the execution data of the goal plan and keeping it with the "Execution" status. The goal plan can also be closed through the Goal plan execution task.

Confirm: Allows finishing the evaluation of the goal plan cycle. The goal plan may only be finished successfully if all goals related to it have been finished as well.

 

If, when creating a goal plan, it is set that the frequency of its execution will be by the "Execution date", after finishing the plan, the system will generate the Goal plan start task for the due responsible parties, in accordance with the configured frequency and anticipation.

If the configured frequency type is "Uncontrolled frequency", it will be possible to add a new execution cycle in the planning or execution step.
