Prerequisites:

▪"Manager" license.

▪Access to the File Customer menu.

▪Company type (SE Administration).

Overview:

The File Customer menu displays the customers created by system users. In this menu, it is possible to create new customers, as well as to edit or delete existing records. For each customer, it will be possible to associate objects from other SE Suite components, facilitating the search for information.

The main screen of this menu is divided in:

▪Search filters: Allows easily locating desired customers through specific information. The result will be displayed in the list of records on the right side of the screen.

▪Button bar: These buttons allow performing the following operations: adding, editing, and deleting analyses, generating reports, importing and exporting analyses, changing the analysis status, and copying analysis records.

▪List of records: Displays the list of customer records.

Overview:

The View Customer menu displays the customers created by the user through the file menu.

The main screen is divided in 2 quadrants:

▪The first quadrant is the search filters panel, which allows easily locating desired customers through specific information. The result will be displayed in the list of records on the right side of the screen.

▪The second quadrant displays the customers previously created in SE Customer. On the upper part, the buttons responsible for the following operations are displayed: viewing data, generating analyses (SE Analytics), and generating reports for the viewed customers.
