Overview:

To assemble the FMEA structure, it is necessary to have all possible occurrence criterion already recorded. The occurrence criterion is related to the probability of the problem to happen depending on the identified cause.

 

Specific Buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to add a new occurrence criterion. See more details about this operation in the Configuring an occurrence criterion section.

Click on this button to edit the occurrence criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the occurrence criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to view the data screen of the occurrence criterion selected in the list of records.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
