Overview:
The complex file container is a container that has the objective of storing electronic files. Through this menu, then, it is possible to configure how the structure of the electronic files will be, to better organize them. The containers created in this menu must be defined in the type of the items with which it will be possible to associate complex files.

Click on the arrow next to this button and select one of the following options:
▪Add: Select this option to add a new complex file container. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a complex file container section. ▪Associate existing record: Select this option to associate a container already created in another SE Suite component. On the screen that will be displayed, use the filters to locate the record more easily; select and save your selection. |

Click on this button to edit a complex file container. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a complex file container. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected in the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
