Configuring a hazard

To add a new hazard, click on the button on the main toolbar. To edit the data of a hazard, select it in the list of records and click on the button.

 

On the screen that will be opened, enter an ID # and a name for the hazard. The following option will also be available:

Control documentation requirement

It will be mandatory to associate the documentation related to the hazard in certain steps of storeroom control.

To do that, check, in the listing below this option, the events in which the association of attachments or documents will be required.

Keep the events in which it will not be required to associate documentation unchecked.

In order for this feature to function correctly, it is necessary for the SE Storeroom component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization. To successfully associate documents, it is necessary for the SE Document component to be part of the solutions acquired by your organization.

It will not be mandatory to associate attachments or documents related to the hazard with any storeroom event.

 

After setting the necessary configurations, save the record.
