Associations

In this section, it is possible to associate the maintenance activity in question with isolated action records (SE Action Plan), incidents (SE Incident), action plans (SE Action plan), problems (SE Problem), workflows (SE Workflow) and requests (SE Request). See further details in the following subsections:

Occurrences

In the Occurrences subsection, enter the occurrences that have made it necessary to maintain the asset. Through this section, it will be possible to associate existing occurrences or add a new occurrence.

To associate an existing occurrence, click on the

button and on the screen that opens, select the occurrence type (Isolated action, Incident, Action plan, Problem or Workflow). Enter, in the search fields, the data to locate the desired occurrence. After running the search, select the desired record and save your selection. At this point, the occurrence will be associated with the maintenance activity.

To add a new occurrence, click on the

button, at this point the system will display the options of occurrences that may be added for the asset that will be verified through this activity:

▪Isolated action: Select this option to create an isolated action. Isolated actions are actions that do not belong to an action plan. To create isolated actions, the organization must have an active license in the SE Action Plan component.

▪Incident: Select this option to add an incident that occurred and led to asset maintenance programming. In order to record incidents, it is necessary that the organization has an active license of the SE Incident and SE Process components.

▪Action plan: Select this option to create an action plan. To create action plans, the organization must have an active license key in the SE Action Plan component.

▪Problem: Select this option to add a problem that has occurred and led to the asset maintenance programming. To record problems, it is necessary for the organization to have an active license of the SE Problem and SE Process components.

▪Workflow: Select this option to instantiate a process related to asset maintenance. To instantiate processes, it is necessary for the organization to have an active license of the SE Workflow and SE Process components.

Through a process configuration, it is possible to create or associate a maintenance activity through the activity of an instance (Workflow, Incident or Problem). In this section, in turn, the system will display the instances in which the maintenance activity in question is associated.

Requests

In the Requests subsection, it is possible to associate the requests related to the maintenance in question. In this section, it is possible to associate the "WO execution" requests that are in the execution step and have been issued with:

▪The same standard activity and the same asset as of the maintenance in question; or

▪The same standard activity and any asset, if the maintenance in question has no asset.

	Click on this button to associate a request in the maintenance activity in question. On the screen that will be displayed, locate the desired request.
	Click on this button to disassociate a request with the maintenance in question. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.
	Click on this button to view the request data. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

The maintenance activity may inherit the priority answers that were filled out during the request record if the activity associated in the request has the same priority evaluation method.
