In this section, it is possible to link the corrective maintenance and programmed maintenance activities with the activity in question, as well as to unlink activities that are no longer necessary and to create new activities. To do this, use the following buttons in this section:

Use this button to create a new Corrective maintenance or Programmed maintenance activity by selecting the desired option that will be displayed when clicking on this button.

When selecting an option, a screen will be displayed to select the standard activity that will be used to create the corrective/programmed maintenance activity. In the Reason for the link field, select a reason (Defect, Complimentary activity, Rework, Lack of material, Tracking and Other activities) for linking one activity to another. After saving the selection, the corrective/programmed maintenance activity screen will be displayed.

In case of corrective maintenance, enter the Asset that will be maintained, the Start date and time and the Actual % of the execution, in addition to the Service center and the Technician responsible for the maintenance. In case of programmed maintenance, enter the Asset that will be maintained, the start Date and Time and the end Date and Time of the planning and, if necessary, enter the team responsible for the maintenance execution. Refer to the SE Maintenance documentation for more details on performing corrective/programmed maintenance.

If the link revision is Defect, when saving the activity, the system will copy the defects and assets of the upper level record.

Click on this button to associate a maintenance activity with the verification activity in question. This button will only be enabled when selecting the maintenance in question, which will be at the top of the activities hierarchy displayed in this section. In the Reason for the link field, select a reason (Complimentary activity, Rework, Lack of material, Tracking and Other activities) to explain why one activity is being linked to another.

Use this button to disassociate a maintenance activity. For that, select the desired maintenance in the hierarchy and then click on this button.

Click on this button to view the data of the maintenance activity selected in the hierarchy in this section.

 

For meter and variable readings: During the execution of a reading, after performing a meter or variable reading and the system creates an activity automatically, the system will also automatically link the activities. The reason column will be filled with the Meter or Variable reason, with a link to access the reading information.
