Location: Configuration  Validity
Overview:
Certain scorecard types remain current, i.e., they are valid for a specific period, meeting the legal and corporate aspects of the organization. By means of this menu, it is possible to establish configurations that will be associated with the types that have validity control, thus, allowing an effective management of the validity deadline of the scorecards.

Click on this button to add a new validity configuration. See further details about this operation in the Configuring a validity section.

Click on this button to edit a validity configuration that has been selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete a validity configuration that has been selected from the list of records.
|

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.

Use the "Search fields" to easily retrieve records based on specific information.
