Supply

Use this menu to perform quick and efficient searches for supplies saved in the system. It is important to point out that logged users may view the supply data or perform other operations depending on the permissions granted to them in its security list.

	Click on this button to view the data screen of the supply selected from the list of records.
	Click on the arrow located next to the button and select the Analytics resource to analyze the search result.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to configure and issue the reports of supply listing, inventory based on storeroom, storeroom listing and supply with attributes listing, configure a new report or associate an existing report or to view the parameters that can be used when configuring new reports.

Use the filters described below to find the desired record(s) based on specific information. To use them, go to the Search filters panel and click on the

button to add filters.

Select the Only favorites field to display only favorite records in the search result. For more information, refer to the Search Filters View favorite records section.

Supply: Select the supply you wish to search.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the supply you wish to search.

Name: Enter the name of the supply you wish to search.

Status: Select the option corresponding to the status of the supply record you wish to search.

Storerooms: Select the storeroom with which the supply you wish to search is associated.

ID #: Enter the identifier of the storeroom with which the supply you wish to search is associated.

Name: Enter the name of the storeroom with which the supply you wish to search is associated.

Click on the Add attribute button and select the attribute associated with the supply you wish to search, the operator, and a value for it. In order to use more than one attribute in this search, just repeat the procedure described above.

After filling in the necessary search fields, click on the SEARCH button in the "Search filters" panel to run the search or press ENTER on the keyboard. The result will be listed on the right side of the view screen.
