Supply structure

See how to add and/or replace supplies in the structure:

 

1.To assemble the structure of the supply, access the "Structure Composed of" section of the supply data.

 

2.In the structure, select the root supply or locate and select the supply that is one level above from where you wish to add a supply and then click on the button.

 

3.Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open up:

Supply

Select the supply that will be added to the structure.

Revision

Select the number of the revision of the supply that will be added to the structure.

Quantity

Enter the quantity of supplies that will be added to the structure.

Measurement unit

This field is filled in by the system with the measurement unit that measures the supply being added to the structure.

 

4.Save the record after that. Associate as many supplies as necessary to the structure. To do that, just repeat the procedure described above.

 

5.To replace a supply in the structure, locate and select it, and then click on the button. Notice that this operation may not be performed in the root supply.

 

6.Fill in the following fields on the data screen that will open up:

 

 

Field

From

The system displays the data of the supply selected in the structure and the number of its revision.

To

Fill in the following fields:

Supply: Select the supply that will replace, in the structure, the supply selected before.

Revision: Select the revision # of the supply that will be added to the structure.

Apply in

Select the supply that is in the structure level in which you wish to perform the replacement with the supply selected in the To section.

 

7.Save the record after filling in the necessary fields.
