By clicking on the Performance component in the widget panel, the following will be displayed:
This widget allows viewing graph and comparative analyses previously saved in the system. By clicking on this option, a listing will be displayed with all available analyses. Click on the desired analysis, drag it, and drop it on the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.
To edit the graph analysis properties, use the Options button. On the screen that opens, the following fields are available:

Displays the type that classifies the graph analysis displayed in the widget. Select another type if you wish to edit the graph analysis that will be displayed.

If a graph analysis is not selected in this field, all analyses created in the previously selected type will be displayed, separated by tabs.

After closing portal editing, the graph analysis will be displayed on the panel card according to the configurations performed. It will also be possible to view the details of the element/indicator to which it refers, to select a period for viewing, and to export the analysis to a .png file.

This widget displays the content of a SWOT analysis previously created in the system. By clicking on this option, a listing will be displayed with all SWOT analyses configured in the system.
Click on the desired analysis, drag it, and drop it on the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it and deleting it will be displayed.
After you finish editing the portal, it will be possible to click on the analysis items and to view the elements with which they were associated.

This widget allows viewing a strategy map previously saved in the system. By clicking on this option, a listing will be displayed with all strategy maps configured in the system. Click on the desired map, drag it, and drop it on the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.
To edit the strategy map properties, use the Options button. The following fields will be available:

After closing portal editing, it is possible to select a specific date to view the map element statuses. By clicking on a strategy map element, it is possible to view its summary on the side panel.

This widget displays a comparison between the values of an element or an indicator. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.
To configure the widget, use the Edit button. The following fields will be available:

Check this option to display the range symbol in the card, in which the displayed value is classified.

Display period
|
Check this option to display the period to which the comparison refers.

Next, click on the Save option at the bottom part of the screen. After closing portal editing, the indicator/element value will be displayed on the panel card according to the configurations performed. It will be possible to select a specific date to view the value comparison.

This widget displays the status of an indicator/element in a certain period on a gauge. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.
To configure the widget, use the Edit element button. The following fields will be available:

Next, click on the Save option at the bottom part of the screen. After closing portal editing, the gauge will be displayed on the panel card according to the configurations performed. It will be possible to view the details of the record represented by the gauge and to select a specific date to view the progress of the record in the gauge.

This widget displays the status of an indicator, element, or scorecard in a certain period on a chart. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.

▪Select the period to be displayed in the chart: current, fixed, previous, last input period, or a specific number of periods for analysis. ▪Period start/end date: If the "Fixed period" option is selected in the "Period type" field, enter, in the respective fields, the start and end of the period that must be displayed in the chart. ▪Number of periods before current period: If the "Number of periods for analysis" option was selected in the "Period type" field, enter the number of previous periods according to the frequency configurations of the scorecard/element/indicator. Scorecards and elements always have a monthly frequency; thus, it is necessary to enter the number of months before the current month to be considered in the chart. In the case of indicators, the number must be entered according to the frequency configured for the selected indicator. For example, if it is a quarterly indicator, it is necessary to enter the number of quarters prior to the current quarter to be considered in the chart. |
Then, click on Save. After closing portal editing, the chart will be displayed on the panel card according to the configurations performed.
It will be possible to view the summary of the records represented in the chart and its details. It will also be possible to export the chart to a .png file, to associate comments, action plans, incidents, problems, attachments, and documents, and to select a specific period to be viewed in the chart.

This widget displays the indicators of a customized list. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.
To configure the widget, use the Configurations button. The following fields will be available:

Click on the sidebar button to associate the indicators to be displayed in the card. Indicators can be located through the scorecard hierarchy or through a listing of indicators. After selecting the desired records, save the selection.

This widget displays a list with all indicators for which the logged user is responsible. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it and deleting it will be displayed.
Those responsible for an indicator can be defined through the "Responsible" permission in the security list or through the "Responsible" section on the indicator data screen.
After closing portal editing, the indicators will be listed on the panel card grouped by their upper elements.

This widget displays the structure of a certain scorecard with drill-down options. Click on it, drag it and drop it in the desired panel area. When hovering the mouse over the widget in the upper right corner, the options that allow copying it, editing it, and deleting it will be displayed.
To configure the widget, use the Configurations button. The following fields will be available:
