Task:

Service report approval

Who receives it:

User responsible for the service report.

Users in the responsibility route for the service report approval.

When:

A duly configured report is sent to the next step.

Purpose:

Allow the responsible party to confirm whether the service report is duly configured before printing it.

 

How to execute this task:

In the list of pending records, select the desired task.

After that, click on the default button on the toolbar.

On the task data screen that will be opened, in the Actions section, the following options will be available:

Approval checklist: The questions will only be displayed if the responsibility route member who is performing the approval has an associated checklist. This checklist is intended to assist the responsible party in approving or rejecting the task. In order to answer the checklist questions, select the desired option: Yes, No or N/A. The answers may have already been selected by the system according to the standard defined when recording the checklist. Moreover, filling out the Comments fields may be mandatory or not, also according to the configurations established when creating the checklist.

Approve: Click on this button to approve the action execution. On the approval screen, enter a comment for this action and click on the "Approve" button. Once done, the record status will be "Closed", but it will still be available for printing in the Execution arrowrgray Service report menu.

Reject: To reject, enter a comment on this action and click on the "Reject" button. Once done, the party responsible for the project/program will receive an email notification informing the user who rejected it with their comment. The report will be available again in the Execution arrowrgray Service report menu for the necessary adjustments to be made.

After filling in the fields above, save the record.
