Task:

Request execution - Task generated through SE Request

Who receives it:

The party responsible for the execution of the request, defined in the SE Request component.

When:

The issue/approval step (as configured) is finished by the due responsible parties in the SE Request component.

Purpose:

Create action plans to meet the needs of the requesters.

 

How to execute this task:

 

1.In the list of pending records, select the request that will be executed.

2.Then, click on the arrow next to the default button on the toolbar and select the desired option:

Blank action plan: Allows adding a new action plan that will execute the request. On the screen that will be displayed, select the category which classifies the action plan and save the selection. At this point, the system will display the action plan data screen. See a detailed description of how to perform this operation in the Adding an action plan section.

Action plan from a template: Allows adding a new action plan from a template. On the screen that will be displayed, select the desired action plan template and save the selection made. At this point, the action plan will be created by the system according to the configurations made in the selected template and will be displayed in Planning task.

Associate existing record: Allows associating the request with a previously created action plan. On the screen that opens, select the desired action plan, and then save the selection made. This operation may also be performed through the Request section on the action plan data screen.

Copy record: Allows creating the action plan that will execute the request, from the copy of a previously created action plan. To do that, on the screen that will be displayed, select the action plan you wish to copy and save your selection. The action plan originated from the copy will be displayed in the task Planning task.

3.After filling all the necessary fields, save the record. The request will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.

 

Use the other buttons on the main screen toolbar to edit the priority (if the permission to perform this operation is enabled in the type), view the data of the request selected in the list of records, generate the available reports for this menu, or return the request to the previous step.
