Days until task deadline to consider it close to due date

Enter the number of days before the due date in which the tasks will be considered "Close to due date" by the system.

Occurrence

Select the objects that will be used to create or treat the occurrences identified in the audits. The system allows integration with the following components: SE Incident, SE Action plan and SE Problem. Remember that, to establish the integration, the respective components must be installed.

Object

Isolated action

Allows recording isolated actions (SE Action plan) in the identification of nonconformities during the execution of the audit.

It will not be possible to record isolated actions during audit execution.

Incident

Allows reporting incidents (SE Incident) in the identification of nonconformities during the execution of the audit.

It will not be possible to report incidents during audit execution.

Action plan

Allows recording action plans (SE Action plan) in the identification of nonconformities during the execution of the audit.

It will not be possible to record action plans during audit execution.

Problem

Allows reporting problems (SE Problem) in the identification of nonconformities during the execution of the audit.

It will not be possible to report problems during audit execution.

Require lead auditor selection in audits

The system will require an auditor to be entered as the leader of the applied audit when planning the requirement audits.

It will not be necessary to define a lead auditor.

Allow the responsible for execution to edit the requirement structure

Allows the responsible auditor to adjust the requirement structure and the configurations even during the execution step of a requirement audit.

It will not be possible to edit the requirement structure during the execution, even if the user is responsible for it.

Allow the responsible for tracking the requirement audit to edit the working paper

Allows the user responsible for tracking to edit the structure and the details related to the working paper of the audits.

After planning, it will not be possible to edit the data related to the working paper.

Require the completion of the result for the closure of the requirement audit

The requirement audits may be closed if the result is entered, as long as the result permission is configured in the audit category.

The requirement audits can be closed without entering the audit result.

 

After setting the desired parameterizations, save the record.
