Department (SE Administration)

 

Overview:

All storage places of the company are registered at this menu. The storage place is a facility where repositories are found, in which the documents can be stored. For better organization, the registered storage places will be displayed in a structure on the main screen.

 

Specific buttons:

new

Click on this button to add a new storage place. See more details about this operation in the Creating a storage place section.

edit

Click on this button to edit the storage place selected in the list of records.

delete

Click on this button to delete the storage place selected in the list of records.

report_config

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

status

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen.

 

To enable the add and edit buttons on the toolbar and view the created storage places, it is necessary to select the department (SE Administration) to which they are related.
