Reason

Overview:

Through this menu, the user creates all possible reasons for which the forms saved in the system may be revised. The revision reason must be associated in the table whose forms will go through revision.

Specific buttons:

	Adds a revision reason. See more details about this operation in the Configuring a revision reason section.
	Edits the revision reason selected in the list of records.
	Deletes the revision reason selected in the list of records.
	Configures a new report or associates an existing report.
	Edits the status (enabled/disabled) of the selected record.

Use the Search filters to find the records more easily based on specific information (ID #, name, and/or status).
