Overview:

Use this menu to create all possible types that will classify the documents added to the system. For better organization, types will be displayed hierarchically.

 

The association of documents with the respective types is done through the File Document menu.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new document type. For further information on this operation, see the Configuring a document type section.

Click on this button to edit a document type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete a document type. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to open the document data screen. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to configure a new report or associate an existing report.

Click on this button to enable/disable the record selected in the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter in the search filters panel.
