This section will only be displayed if selecting the option to copy the data from the activity. In it, associate all the tasks that will be necessary to execute the preventive maintenance plan. It is divided in the following subsections:
▪Preparation: These are the tasks that need to be executed to prepare the activity. For example: Equipment shutdown; ▪Execution: These are the tasks of the activity itself. For example: Part replacement; ▪Closure: These are the tasks that must be performed in order for the asset operation to be restored. The closure activity is usually reverse to the preparation activity. Example: Equipment startup.
By clicking on the desired subsection, the following buttons will be displayed in the side toolbar:

Click on this button to add a task and associate it with the plan. See further details in the "Adding a task" topic below.

Click on this button to edit the task selected in the list of records.
|

Click on this button to view the data of the task selected in the list of records in "Read-only" mode.

Click on this button to delete the task selected in the list of records.

Adding a task
To add a task to the maintenance plan, click on the button on the side toolbar. On the screen that will be displayed, fill out the following fields:

Enter a number that corresponds to the sequence in which the task must be executed.

ID #

Enter a number or code to identify the task.

Name
|
Enter a name for the task.

Responsibility
|
Select the user responsible for the task execution. Use the other buttons next to the field to add a new user and define it as responsible, fill out the field with the data of the logged user and clear it.

Planned
|
Record important information about the task programming.

Start
|
Enter the estimated date for the start of the execution of the task.
|
Time
|
Enter the estimated time for the start of the execution of the task.
|
Estimated duration
|
Enter the estimated number of hours for the execution of the task.

End
|
Enter the estimated date for the end of the execution of the task.

Time
|
Enter the estimated time for the end of the execution of the task.

Estimated cost
|
Enter the estimated value for the execution of the task.

After filling out the necessary fields, save the record. The "Actual" fields will be enabled during the execution of the maintenance activity.
