Task:

Problem management

Who receives it:

The user defined as process manager or instance manager of the process that automates the problem.

When:

Once the problem is recorded.

Purpose:

Allow the user to manage the problems that they are responsible for and that are in progress or blocked for editing.

 

How to track this task:

 

1.

Select the desired problem from the list of pending records. If necessary, use the Search filters panel to filter the displayed records.

On the toolbar, click on the button that corresponds to the action you wish to perform:

Click on this button to edit the data of the problem selected from the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the instance from the problem selected in the list of records.

It is important to point out that to perform this operation it is necessary to have the Delete control enabled in the problem security list.

Click on this button to access the flowchart of the problem selected in the list of records to perform the necessary changes.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to edit the status of the problem selected from the list of records. When a problem is closed, postponed or canceled, it will no longer be displayed in the list of pending records.

Click on this button to unblock a problem whose flowchart is blocked for editing. Before clicking on this button, make sure the workflow has no errors in its modeling. After unblocking the problem, it returns to the execution of its activities.

On the "Enabled activity" column, when hovering the mouse over the activity name, it will be displayed as a link. By clicking on the name of the activity, a pop-over menu will be displayed with some of the information regarding the activity, such as the deadline, the date in which it was enabled, the executor type and the executor. It will also display links to the following operations:

Execute activity: Use this option to execute the activity that has the flow of the workflow selected in the list of records.

Change executor: Use this option to change the executor of the activity selected in this menu.

Redefine deadline: Use this option to change the deadline of the activity selected in this menu.

 

Problem management may also be performed through the Management Problem menu.
