Widgets - SE Risk

This widget displays a list of control analyses, allowing you to track them. After selecting this option, while editing the portal, click on the button on the right side of the widget card. In the "Configurations" section, enter a title for the panel. In the Filter by section, select the controls you wish to display in the listing.

After you close the portal edition, the list of controls will be displayed on the panel. If only one control analysis is defined to be displayed, the columns shown are those that are configured in the view profile associated with the plan to which the analysis belongs. If it is defined that more than one control analysis will be displayed, the columns configured in the default SE Risk view profile will be shown on the list.

This widget presents a list of control and risk plans, allowing them to be monitored. After selecting this option, while editing the portal, click on the button on the right side of the widget card. On the screen that will be opened, enter a title for the panel. Then, select the plans to be displayed in the panel listing.

After you close the portal edition, the list of plans will be displayed in the panel. Note that a set of columns will be displayed that allows you to analyze the results of the evaluations performed on the risks present in the structure of the listed plans, that is, a summary of the amount of risk per evaluation is presented. Notice that, for example, if no Potential evaluation is identified in the listed plans, the Potential column may not be displayed.

This widget displays risk results according to the grouping level and desired filters. After selecting this option, while editing the portal, click on the button on the right side of the widget card. In the fields that will be displayed, enter a title for the panel and select the desired vision type for it: data or chart. In the "Filter by" section, select the desired data filtering options and configure the selected options.

If only one risk analysis is set to appear, the columns shown are those that are configured in the view profile associated with the plan to which the analysis belongs. If it is defined that more than one risk analysis will be displayed, the columns configured in the default SE Risk view profile will be shown on the list.

In this widget, it is possible to configure a specific vision of the plan to assist in its monitoring. After selecting this option, while editing the portal, click on the button on the right side of the widget card.

Enter a title for the panel and select the risk plan you wish to display in the widget.

Then, select the vision type to be applied to the risk plan display:

▪Structure: This vision allows you to view the structure of the items that make up the plan. The columns displayed in this vision are those defined in the view profile associated with the plan. The system also makes available a side panel where it is possible to view the details of the item selected in the structure, quickly:

▪Risk: This vision allows you to view the risks associated with the plan. It is divided into three quadrants. In the first quadrant, the search filters are presented, which allow you to locate the desired risks more easily. The second quadrant displays the risks associated with the structure of the plan, while the third quadrant displays the details of the risk analysis selected in the second quadrant.

▪Control: This vision allows viewing the controls associated with the plan. It is divided into three quadrants. In the first quadrant are presented the search filters, which allow you to find the desired controls more easily. The second quadrant displays the controls associated with the structure of the plan, while the third quadrant displays the details of the control analysis selected in the second quadrant.

▪Treatment: This vision allows viewing the treatments associated with the risks of the plan. It is divided into three quadrants. In the first quadrant are presented the search filters, which allow you to find the desired treatments more easily. The second quadrant displays the treatments associated with the risks of the plan structure, while the third quadrant displays the details of the treatment selected in the second quadrant.

Once done, click on Save.

After you finish editing the portal, the risk plan will be presented according to the configured vision.

In this widget, it is possible to configure a combination of visions using the grouping data, filters and risk management information, allowing for the tracking and monitoring of the risk management in the organization. See how to configure this widget:

After selecting this option, while editing the portal, click on the button on the right side of the widget card. On the screen that will be opened, enter a title for the portal. Next, in the reference plan type, select a plan type for its configurations to be used as reference for the portal data. In the Plan type field, select the types that have the same configurations as the reference plan type selected previously. Select the vision type for the widget and the method for grouping the information displayed in the portal through the Group by field.

After you finish editing the portal, the portal with the risks and controls will be presented according to the configured options.
