Revision

In SE Performance, in addition to the standard revision flow (called ISO9000 based), it is allowed to instantiate a process (workflow) to proceed in the revision flow. When creating scorecards of a type with a configured revision, the system will automatically create the revisions during the addition. Whenever necessary, users with the "Revision" control enabled in the scorecard type security list will be able to create new revisions and follow their progress. That is, through this menu, new revisions will only be created for scorecards that have already been added and released. In the first quadrant are presented the search filters, which allow you to find the desired scorecards more easily. The second quadrant displays the created scorecards with revision control configured in its type, whereas the third quadrant will display the revisions the scorecard selected in the second quadrant has already gone or is going through.

	Click on this button to add a new revision. See more details about performing this operation in the Creating a scorecard revision section.
	Click on this button to edit the data of a revision in progress selected in the third quadrant list of records.
	Click on this button to delete the revision selected in the list of records of the third quadrant. It will not be possible to delete current revisions. A revision in progress can only be deleted if it is not the only revision of the scorecard. Obsolete revisions can only be deleted if the "Block obsolete revision deletion" option is not checked in the scorecard type data.
	Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option to plan the structure of the selected scorecard in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Planning a scorecard section.
	Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to view the data from the selected scorecard in the second quadrant or the selected revision data in the third quadrant, in "read-only" mode.
	Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.
	Click on this button to force the revision closure, without having to go through the configured steps.

▪To successfully delete a scorecard with revision control, first it is necessary to delete all obsolete revisions, then the released revision and lastly the revision in the draft step.

▪Scorecards with revalidation configured in their type may go through revalidations after going through the first revision. However, after going through the first revalidation, they will no longer go through revisions, as they will only be revalidated. Thus, they will not be displayed in this menu.
