Target/measurement editing explanation

Who receives it:

Users with "Target" and "Measurement" controls allowed in the security of the indicator.
|
When:
|
The target and/or measurement value of an indicator is changed. This task will only be generated if the "Yes" option is selected in the "Justify changes?" field, when adding the indicator in the structure of the selected.
|
Purpose:
|
Justify why changing the target/measurement value of an indicator.
|
How to execute this task:
1.
|
In the list of pending records, locate and select the indicator that will have its target/measurement values changed.
|
2.
|
After that, click on the  button on the toolbar.
|
3.
|
Fill in the following fields on the screen that will be displayed:
Fields

Title
|
Enter a title for the explanation.
|
Period
|
Select the period of the indicator whose target/measurement change is being justified.
|
Comment
|
Enter the desired explanation.
|
|
4.
|
After that, save the record. The indicator will not be displayed in the list of pending records anymore.
