Overview:

Use this menu to add and manage attributes. Attributes - also known as metadata - are properties that describe records. Attributes allow you to manage, understand, and view the records with which they are associated.

 

Specific buttons:

Click on this button to add a new attribute. See further details about this operation in the Configuring an attribute section.

Click on this button to edit an attribute. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on this button to delete an attribute. Select the desired record before clicking on the button.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search for the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable/disable the selected record on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filters, on the search filters panel.

Click on this button to translate the name of the attribute selected in the list of records. If the attribute is of the "List of values" type, it will also be possible to translate its values. See further details about this operation in the Translating an attribute section.

 

Use the "Search filters" to easily retrieve the desired records based on specific information.
