Associating an existing question (File)

SE Survey allows storing the questions created through the survey structure on the question database of the File Questions menu. Thus, they can be reused on other surveys.

Click on the button on the toolbar and select the Existing question option. Perform the following steps:

1.Use the search filters to locate the question through its text, through the group that classifies it, through the type that classifies the template, or through the template to which it belongs.

2.After filling out the required filters, click on the toolbar button of the selection screen.

3.According to the values entered in the filter, the available questions are displayed grouped by the groups that classify them. Select the desired question. Hold the SHIFT or CTRL keys on the keyboard or check next to each record to select more than one question at a time.

4.Once done, save your selection.
