Finishing the survey execution

The survey execution can be finished in the following locations:

 

Execution arrowrgray Survey execution:

a.In the list of records, locate and select the desired survey. The surveys with the "Execution" status may be identified by the play icon in the SS column.

b.After that, click on the edit button on the toolbar to open the data screen.

My tasks arrowrgray Survey closure:

a.In the list of pending records, select the desired survey.

b.After that, click on the default button on the toolbar to open the data screen.

 

Then, perform the following steps:

1.At this point, the survey data screen will be displayed. In the General data arrowrgray Actual section of the "Main" tab, it is possible to enter the actual end date and time of the survey. If these fields are not filled out by the user, the system will fill them out with the date and time in which the execution stage is being closed.

2.Next, click on the Save and next step button. The system will ask whether you wish to send the survey to the next step. Click on the desired option:

Save only: Allows saving the survey data and keeping it with the "Execution" status. The survey closure can also be performed through:

The "Survey execution" task, if the survey does not have closure options configured.

The "Survey tracking" task, if it has closure options configured.

The next button on the main screen toolbar.

Confirm: Allows sending the survey to the next configured step:

Correction: If this is a "Test" mode survey with manual correction configured, the system will generate the "Survey correction" task for the user and the team responsible for this operation. Thus, the survey will be displayed in the list of records with Correction status (SS column).

Critical analysis: If the "Critical analysis" step is configured in the survey type, and this is a "Survey" mode or "Test" mode survey with automatic correction, the system will generate the Survey critical analysis task for the user and the team responsible for this operation. Thus, the survey will be displayed in the list of records with Critical analysis status (SS column).

Closure: If the "Closure" step is configured in the survey type, and this is a "Survey" mode or "Test" mode survey with automatic correction, the system will generate the "Survey closure" task for the user and the team responsible for this operation. Thus, the survey will be displayed in the list of records with Closure status (SS column).

Closed: If the critical analysis and/or closure steps are not configured in the survey type, and this is not a "Test" mode survey with manual correction, the survey will be closed.

 

 

If the fields in the "Closure options" section of the survey general data are filled out, its execution will be automatically closed according to the configurations performed and the survey will go to the next step defined in its type.

 

If during the survey execution closure there are unfinished answers in the survey, a screen to enter the reason for the closure will be displayed.
