Task:

Task planning

Who receives it:

User and team members responsible for the task.

When:

The task record is saved, but it is not sent to the next step.

Purpose:

Finish the planning of a nonproject task, allowing users to make the necessary adjustments before sending it to the next configured step.

 

How to execute this task:

In the list of pending records, select the desired task.

1_auxnmbMake sure that the task data is properly filled out. To do that, click on the edit button on the toolbar and perform the necessary adjustments on the data screen that the system will display. The detailed description of the nonproject task planning data screen fields was performed in the Editing a nonproject task under planning section.

1_auxnmbDone this, click on the Save and exit button on the toolbar of the task data screen. At this point, the system will ask whether you wish to send the task to the next step. Choose the desired option:

OK: The task will continue to one of the following steps:

Planning approval: If in the task type is checked the "Planning approval" option, the system will generate the Task planning approval task for the due responsible parties to perform this operation.

Task tracking: If the task does not have an approval configured in its type, the system will generate the Task execution task for the due responsible parties. The task will be available for tracking through the Task tracking task.

Cancel: The task will remain pending with the Planning status. The responsible party may also send it to the next step through the default button on the toolbar or the Management arrowrgray Task planning menu.
