Printing a service report

See how to print a service report:

 

1.In the list of records on the main screen, locate and select the desired service report. Notice that it will only be possible to print reports whose status is Print, Approval or Finished.

 

2.On the main screen toolbar, click on the arrow located next to the report button and select the Service report option.

 

3.At this point, the system will display the window to parameterize the report. The Display on service report field will only be enabled if the report being printed is classified as "Timesheet". In that case, select whether the hours that will be displayed in the report will be paid hours or invoiced hours.

 

The paid/invoiced hours will be counted in the service report according to the configurations performed in the Optional arrowrgrayp Service report tab of the project/task type.

 

4.1_auxnmbAfter that, click on the report button on the toolbar of the general parameters screen.

 

5.The report will be generated, enabling its printing. Note that the system will display the information configured in the Report tab on the report type data screen.

 

6.After printing the report, send it to the next configured step to close it.
