Prerequisites:

Saved search.

 

Overview:

This menu displays all saved searches created in SE Suite. The logged user will only be able to access the saved searches in SE Suite components to which they also have access. Through the "Status" column, it is possible to identify the search type through the following icons:

se

Default SE Suite saved searches. The search is pre-configured by the system and it will be available for all users.

user

Private searches. The search is created by a user and is available for them only.

globe

Public searches. The search is created by a user and is available for all SE Suite users.

share

Shared searches. The search is created by a user and is available for specific teams.

 

Specific buttons:

edit

Click on this button to edit the saved search selected in the list of records. See further details about this operation in the Editing the access to saved searches section.

trash

Click on this button to delete the saved search selected in the list of records.

 

If a default SE Suite search is selected in the list of records, the buttons described above will not be available to be used.

Use the search filters to locate the desired saved search through its name and the component to which it refers. After filling out the required filters, click on the SEARCH button in the 'Search filters' panel to search or press the ENTER key on your keyboard. The result will be displayed on the right-side of the view screen.
