Location: View To-do tasks

 

Overview:

Through this menu, it is possible to track the pending tasks of any SE Audit user. This menu allows leaders, for instance, to verify whether their subordinates are executing their tasks within the established deadlines.

 

It is important to point out that, in this menu, it will not be possible to execute the tasks. To execute them, it is necessary to access the My tasks menu.

 

1.In the Task type filter, click on the Select task type button.

 

2.Use the search filters at the top of the panel that will be displayed to locate the types of the tasks that will be searched for. Enter in the respective fields, the desired Tasks or the User, Position or Department that is responsible for its execution. Check the Display lower level records option, so that the tasks of the levels below the selected option, are also considered during view.

 

Use the buttons next to the Tasks field to "Expand" and view the task list, "Check all" the available tasks, and "Clear" what has been checked.

Use the buttons next to the User, Position, and Department fields to fill them in with the "Logged user data" or "Clear" the filled in value.

 

3.After that, click on the Search button and the result will be displayed in the list of records at the bottom of the panel. If the displayed tasks are not the desired ones, just repeat the procedure described above until you obtain the desired result. Otherwise, click on the Apply button to view the records referred to the task types.

 

The task types that will be searched for are displayed in the Search panel located on the left side of the main screen, sorted by their types: Execution and Tracking.
