Adding a new template

See below how to create a new audit template:

 

It is important to point out that the templates can only be used for audit categories with form of execution based on ISO 19011.

 

On main the screen toolbar, click on the button. Select the category that classifies the audit template that is being created. Save the selection.

 

Then fill in the following fields on the data screen that will be displayed:

 

 

ID #: Enter a number or code to identify the audit template. If you prefer, use the arrow next to this field to generate an automatic identifier. Do not forget that if the identification mask usage has been configured in the category, when the ID # is generated, the corresponding mask will display. Remember that the ID # generated through the mask may only be edited if the Enable generated ID # change option is checked on the category data screen.

Title: Enter a title for the audit template.

General data

Audit category

This field is filled out by the system with the category selected in step 02; however, it is possible to edit it.

Audit type

This field is automatically filled out by the system with the audit type configured in the category selected previously.

Audit purpose

Select the purpose of the audit that is being planned. Use the other buttons next to the field to create a new purpose, edit the selected purpose data or clear the filled out value.

Responsible audit team

Enter the team responsible for the audit that is being planned.

Customer

This field will only be displayed if the audit type is 2nd party - Customer. Select the customer company that will perform the audit being planned.

Objective

Use this field to describe the audit purpose.

 

Description

Enter important information about the audit template.

 

Schedule

Enter the duration of the steps set in the audit category: Planning, Preparation, Execution and/or Closure. To do that, access the corresponding subsection and enter the following fields:

Responsible

This field is filled out by the system with the party responsible for the audit respective step of the template in question.

Duration (days)

Enter the number of days of the duration of the step in question.

 

After that, save the record, but do not close the data screen. At this point, the other sections will be enabled to be filled out. Refer to the Editing a template section for a detailed description on the other fields of the audit template data screen.
