Editing a calibration plan

Previous  Top  Next

To edit the calibration plan data, first, locate the desired plan. After that, with the plan selected on the main screen, click on the button. At this point, the calibration plan data screen will be displayed for editing.

General data

In addition to identification data and plan name, the following fields can be edited:

Activity: This field will be completed with the activity selected when the plan was created. This field will only be displayed if the Inherit activity data option has been selected when creating the calibration plan.

Asset(s): Use this field to associate the asset that will be calibrated with this plan. The associated assets will be displayed below this field. Assets with an amount greater than "1" (one) will not be displayed.

Team responsible for plan: Allows selecting a team whose members will be responsible for calibrating the assets of the plan. Said team has full access to the activities of the plan, being able to schedule activities, generate scheduling, execute activities and receive the Calibration due date task. The users in it will receive the Calibration programming task as soon as planning is saved, for each one of the assets associated in this plan.

Date-based frequency: Check this option to enable the execution frequency of the asset calibration through the Calibration due date task. Remember that this frequency may be pre-configured if this plan standard activity was configured with that frequency. After checking this option, also fill in the following fields:

Frequency type: Select the frequency type for which the asset calibrations will be executed:

oCalibration date: The calibration plan will be performed on a specific date.

oFirst use: The calibration plan will be performed at the frequency determined after the first use of the asset.

oUsage time: The calibration plan will be performed at the determined frequency of the time of use of the asset.

Frequency: Enter the frequency in which the calibrations will be performed. In the Unit field, set whether the frequency will be calculated in days, weeks, months or years. For example: every 3 days, every 2 months, every year, among others. Remember that, in addition to the option configured in this field, the system will take into consideration the frequency type selected before.

Date visualization: Set how the asset calibration deadline will appear on the system screens: day/month/year, month/year or week/year. If the selected template is "month/year", the system will generate the task in the last day of the month. If the selected template is "day/month/year", the system will validate whether the calibration execution date is a working day according to the defined calendar and, if is not, it will edit the execution to the last working day.

Next execution: Select the date on which the asset calibration will be executed. When the calibration plan is scheduled, the dates of the next executions will be calculated according to the frequency defined in the previous field. If the execution does not occur after that date, the system will generate the Calibration due date task.

Calendar: Select the calendar on which the execution dates of the calibration will be based. This field may be filled in if there is a calendar configured in the general parameters of SE Asset. This field will only be displayed if the "Inherit activity data" option has been selected when creating the calibration plan.

Asset meter-based frequency: Check this option to generate calibration activities as soon as the meter reaches a certain measurement. Remember that this frequency may be pre-configured if this plan standard activity was configured with that frequency. After checking this option, also fill in the following fields:

Frequency: Enter the value that when the meter reaches it will generate the calibration due date task.

In advance: Enter the anticipation for the generation of the calibration due date task.

Example 1: if you are measuring the mileage of a car, the frequency can be set for every 10,000 km read in the meter, however, the calibration expiration task can be generated 1,000 km in advance, that is, as soon as the meter reaches 9,000 km, the plan due date task is generated.

Example 2: if the asset meter is configured to measure the usage time of an instrument with a frequency set for every 200 hours and an anticipation of 50 hours, the calibration expiration task will be generated as soon as the meter reaches 150 hours of use.

Next execution: Enter the value to be reached by the meter to generate the next calibration activity.

Current value: This field is automatically filled by the system with the value already reached by the asset meter.

Last reading: This field is automatically filled by the system with the date of the last reading made on the meter.

Create activity automatically: Check this option to have the calibration activity created automatically. Configure also the following information:

Create ___ days before the next execution: Enter how many days before the next execution the new activity will be created.

Create activities even if pending activities already exist: If this option is checked, new activities will be created, regardless of the existence of pending calibrations.

Generate activities in the step of: Define if the calibration activities will be created in the planning or the execution (To be started) step. If the frequency based on the asset meter is enabled, then the system will use the "Anticipation" field to create the calibration activities before the frequency is reached.

Priority: Fill out this field to define the priority of the calibration plan. In that case, select the desired evaluation method in the respective field. After that, the evaluation criteria will be displayed. Select the desired value for each criterion that will be displayed. The method to enter the available values and criteria will vary according to the configurations made in the selected evaluation method in the SE Asset component. The Result field will be filled out according to the values selected in the evaluation method criteria.

History

In the History section will be displayed the history of execution of the activity of the calibration plan in question. The following buttons will be available:

Allows viewing the data of the calibration activity selected from the list.

Allows viewing the Gantt Chart with all the activities displayed on the list. In the chart, the system will display the planned period and, for already finished activities, the system will display their actual execution period.

Notification

In the Notification section, it is possible to schedule notifications that will be emailed the day before and/or after the asset calibration due date. For that, fill in the following fields:

Notify before due date: Check this field to have the notification sent before the calibration due date. In that case, select in the Notify before field, the number of days before the calibration due date, the notification will be sent.

Notify on due date: Check this field to have the notification sent on the calibration due date.

Notify after due date: Check this field to have the notification sent after the calibration due date. In that case, select in the Notify after field, the number of days after the calibration due date, the notification will be sent. Also, set the Frequency with which notifications will be sent after the calibration due date.

Subordinates' tasks: Check this field to enable monitoring notifications for the subordinates' calibration tasks.

Notify leader of responsible user: The notification will be sent to the responsible user leader through calibration.

Specific user: The notification will be sent to a specific user. Select the user in the respective field.

Go up to __ level(s): Enter how many levels above is the leader who will receive the calibration notifications.

Frequency: Enter the periodicity, after the delay, that the calibration notifications will be sent.

Activity data

When clicking on the button in the Activity data section, the system will open the standard activity data screen. Refer to the Standard activity configuration section for more information on the configurations that must be performed in the standard activity in the SE Asset component for the calibrations to be performed successfully.

Gage evolution

When clicking on the button in the Gage evolution section, the system will open the screen to generate the gage evolution chart. With the chart, it will be possible to select which criterion you wish to analyze based on its own configurations, allowing you to understand the behavior of the gage during the calibration activities. The chart is available for Measurement data collection, Result with Table, Result with Table and Point, in the view, execution and management of the calibration plan.
