Overview:
Customers are all private/legal entities that purchase products and services of the company. Register at this menu all the customers of the company that can be associated with other SE Suite components.
Specific Buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option:
▪Add: Allows creating a new customer. For further information on this operation, see the Creating a company section. ▪Associate existing record: Allows associating a customer already recorded in an SE Suite component. On the screen that will be opened, locate and select the desired business partner and save the selection. |

Click on this button to edit the customer selected in the list of records.

Click on this button to delete the customer selected in the list of records. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Use "Search filters" to find records more easily through specific information: ID #, name, record status, components that use them, and associated attributes.
