Overview:
From this menu, it is possible to create all objects that can be used in SE Suite components where this feature is available. In the first quadrant of this menu are presented the search filters, which allow you to find the desired objects more easily. In the second quadrant are presented the objects created in the system, while in the third quadrant are presented the revisions by which the objects selected in the second quadrant have passed.

Click on this toolbar button to add a new object. For further information on this operation, see the Creating an object section.

▪Click on this button, in the second quadrant toolbar, to edit the data of the object selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button in the third quadrant toolbar to edit the data of the revision selected in the list of records. Note that this button is only enabled if the revision status is "Draft". |

▪Click on this button in the second quadrant toolbar to delete the object selected in the list of records. ▪Click on this button in the third quadrant toolbar to delete the revision selected in the list of records. It is important to note that it will not be possible to delete current revisions, only those that are obsolete or are in draft step, as long as this is not the only object revision. The system will request the countersign when clicking on this button if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on the arrow next to this button in the second quadrant toolbar to configure a new report or associate an existing report, or to view the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.

Click on this button in the second quadrant toolbar to activate or deactivate the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the General filter, in the search filters panel. The system will request the countersign when clicking on it if the "Request user countersign when performing critical operations in the components" option is checked in the SE Configuration component (CM008).

Click on this button in the third quadrant toolbar to add a new revision to the selected object in the second quadrant. For further information on this operation, see the Revising an object section.

Click on this button in the third quadrant toolbar to close the revision selected in the list of records. Confirm the request made by the system to effectively terminate the revision. Note that this button is only enabled if the revision status is "Draft".

Click on this button in the third quadrant toolbar to view the data of the revision selected in the list of records. Note that this button is enabled only if the revision status is "Current" or "Obsolete".

Use "Search filters" to find records more easily through specific information: ID #, name, record status, components that use them, and associated attributes.
