Overview:
Use this menu to record the external users that may access the external user portal. Unlike internal users, external users have restricted access and are only allowed to use a few specific features, such as opening tickets.
Specific Buttons:

Click on the arrow next to this button and select the desired option:
▪Add user: Allows adding a new external user. For further information on this operation, see the Adding an external user section. ▪Add from a contact: Allows adding an external user from the contact of a company that has already been recorded in the system. For further information on this operation, see the Adding an external user from a contact section. |

Click on this button to:
▪Edit the data of the external user selected in the list of records. ▪Approve the self-registration of the external user selected in the list of records. ▪Reject the registration of the external user selected in the list of records. |

Click on this button to delete the external user selected in the list of records. For further information on this operation, see the Deleting an external user section.

Click on the arrow next to this button to export the list of records displayed on the main screen to an Excel file, configure a new report or associate an existing report, or search the parameters that may be used in the configuration of new reports.

▪Click on this button to resend the registration confirmation e-mail to the external user selected in the list of records. This e-mail confirms to the external user that the registration has been performed. ▪Click on this button to resend the welcome e-mail to the external user selected in the list of records. This e-mail has a link for the external user to access the external user portal. |

Click on this button to enable or disable the record selected on the main screen. To view the disabled records, use the "Status" field of the External user filter in the search filters panel.

Click on this button to unlink an external user from a company. For further information on this operation, see the Deleting an external user section.

▪If the "Allow self-registration for external users" option is checked in the Authentication (CM008) menu of the SE Configuration component, external users can perform their registrations through the External user portal login screen. ▪Use the "Search filters" to find the desired external user more easily through specific information: company to which it is related, ID #, name, license key and status of the record. |
